The Webbs to be :)

What a good lookin' couple!! :)

Guess what? It's that time....for Auntie Janae to become the favorite aunt, as she will be the only single Piercy kid. Naw, just kidding. The exciting news is that Amelia and Lee are engaged!! Yay!! They will be getting married in the Mesa Temple on September 18th. We are really happy for them, and wish them all the best. Lee is a nice and sincere guy, and we are lucky to have him join the family. We are also grateful for eternal families, and for the opportunity and ability to be together with our loved ones for eternity. What a blessing!! What a miracle!! God loves us and has a plan for us and our families. We testify that God lives, that He loves us, and that families are ordained of God.

A long overdue update :)

Hello, hello all!!

It turns out that Janae (the manager of our blog) has made her own blog, and she has been horrible at updating this one as well. Sorry. :( Her new blog is: janaepiercy.blogspot.com if you would like to check it out.

Here are some exciting updates for the Piercy-Holloways:
1. Raeven Noel Piercy was born on May 29th, 2010. She is such a beautiful and observant little baby baby girl. She was in the NICU for a few days, but is home and doing well.:)
2. Auntie Janae visited home for a few days and got to play mom for Scarlet and Jeyza and see new little Raeven come into the world, and into such a marvelous family.
3. Auntie Rex went down to Texas for a National AA Meeting and is on her way back. She enjoyed being with friends and learned a lot.
4. Jeyza stepped on a nail that went through his foot, but being the tough kid he is, he is back to running around and playing soccer.
5. Auntie Mimi and Lee are coming to visit everyone at home in WA July 22nd-26th-yay!!
6. Terrie and CJ came up to visit Grandma and Grandpa, and Perry and Sammy surprised everyone and came, too. It looks like it was a fun little reunion for everyone.
7. Auntie Janae had an interview with a middle school to hopefully get an internship for this upcoming school year. She will find out today or tomorrow if she got it. She would appreciate prayers. Thanks!! :)
8. Grandpa and Grandma got called to a fire in the Quincy area. We hope they come back to us soon!!
9. CJ is starting preschool and is loving it!!
10. Life is wonderful. Thanks for being such a wonderful family and examples to me.

Much love,
Auntie Janae

Tender Mercies

I really like the message of this video. Our lives are full of tender mercies, support from our Lord and Savior that comfort and uplift us when we feel as if we cannot go on. I am constantly amazed and am so grateful for our loving Heavenly Father and the guidance, love, protection and tender mercies He constantly provides us. Surely, "...the Lord is good to all and His tender mercies are all over His works" (Psalm 145:9).
